Retail Customer FAQ
Are you based in Australia?
Yes! We're based in Sydney but have also operated out of Melbourne in the past.
Where are you located? Do you offer pick up?
Our warehouse has officially relocated to Sydney. We unfortunately don't have a pick up service but we do have a local delivery option that services most of Sydney, Australia.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! The minimum order requirement to be eligible for local delivery is $40.00 and charges vary depending on delivery address.
Local Delivery orders placed before 3pm Sydney time on week days will be delivered before 10pm that same day using this option. Items purchased after 3pm will be delivered by 10pm the next day. This service is only offered to certain areas in Sydney.
Who do you ship with?
We mostly ship with Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The majority of our customers are from Australia, New Zealand, UK and Canada but we ship to many other countries. Shipping times can vary based on location.
How long do you generally take to dispatch?
The majority of our orders are dispatched within 72 hours however this can be slightly longer in busy periods. If your order is urgent and you need this dispatched earlier then please email us on enquiries@crazysockthursdays.com.au and we will do our best to escalate your request however this is not guaranteed. Express Post orders are generally prioritised and dispatched within 24 hours.
What material are your socks?
Our Premium Range is 80% combed cotton. All other socks vary between 70-80% cotton.
Our Compression Socks vary in composition and are generally a combination of polyester, cotton and nylon.
Do you have a physical store?
No but you can sometimes find us at various markets around Sydney. We occasionally set up pop up stalls at Paddington Markets. We tend to increase market attendance at Christmas markets across Sydney.
Corporate and Wholesale FAQ
Can we get custom socks?
We at times can offer custom socks as a wholesale option but the MOQ for custom socks is generally 200 pairs. Email us on enquiries@crazysockthursdays.com.au for a quote. We can assist with everything from the design through to sizing. Please note that custom orders require a minimum of 2.5 month lead time as our designs are not just printed on the socks.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! We have worked with other retailers, marketing agencies, event players and a wide variety of organisations to supply socks in bulk at discounted prices. These have included
Do you offer donations?
We do! We do however have a set budget for each year and we are only a small business so please reach out to enquiries@crazysockthursdays.com.au and we will let you know if we are in a position to participate.
I have a sock business with my own designs, can I sell my socks at your online store?
Yes! We're only a small business but love to help others succeed. Contact us on enquiries@crazysockthursdays.com.au and we can discuss options!
How much notice do you need for a bulk order?
Generally these orders can take between 30-45 calendar days however they can be much faster if ordering our Premium Socks.
I have a shop, can I sell your socks in store?
